By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms of service:Commission Process• I prioritize quality over speed, so please have patience. I cannot accurately estimate wait times because each piece is unique.• While you are in queue for a commission, you may request to cancel or alter the content.• While I am working on your commission, you may request a refund and I will stop work and refund you for any work not yet completed.• I provide up to three WIP check-ins: sketch, flat color / underpainting, and finished piece. No major changes are allowed after the sketch is approved.• Please provide the deadline and / or desired image resolution in advance if relevant to your request.• Finished artwork will be sent as a 300 dpi png file unless otherwise specified.Payment• USD only• Full payment must be received before I begin work on the commission.• Accepted payment methods:

I may need to add/adjust my artist's signature placements, for example.)• The commission, whether complete or in progress, whole or in part, may not be resold or used by the commissioner for merchandise, commercial, or political purposes (including advertisement and/or promotion) unless otherwise negotiated and mutually agreed prior to the artwork being created for such purpose(s).The Artist's Rights• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. If I will not complete a commission, a partial refund will be given for any work not yet completed and you will receive the incomplete artwork as-is. I do not have to provide a reason for being unable to complete a commission.• I retain the copyright to every work of art that I create.
